The purpose of this participation is to bring RaFH’s experiences in 2 projects in prevention of trafficking in women and children in Lang Son and Lao Cai provinces funded by ICCO aiming to reduce trafficking in person. At that time, RaFH wants to learn about the neighboring countries’s models and then finding out a newer and more appropriate one with Vietnam at present.
